-WHITE WINES
California White * - A special blend developed by our Winemaster to satisfy your everyday white wine needs. A French Colombard blend that shows rich straw colour and smooth fruit flavour.
Chamblaise * - Featured grape variety is the Chardonnay. It produces a fresh, crisp dry wine with hints of apple and pear.
Chardonnay/ Sémillion * - This unique blend of two sensational white wine grapes. Straw to pale gold in colour with a smooth and dry lingering finish. Includes premium oak.
French Colombard * - This crowd pleaser is smooth and soft with a clean, dry flavour. Able to be consumed young.
Gewürztraminer * - Distinctive white wine with a bold, floral bouquet and spicy citrus fruit flavours.
Johannisberg Riesling * - A light, fresh wine with a flowery bouquet. Medium bodied wine with the fruity flavours of lime, apricot and honey. Includes elderflowers.
Liebfraumilch * - A popular German-style wine featuring the Johannisberg Riesling grape. Light and fruity with a delicate bouquet. Includes elderflowers.
Pinot Blanc * - A medium bodied, delicate wine with an elegant soft flavour and velvety fragrance. The white counterpart of the popular Pinot Noir.
Pinot Chardonnay * - Clean, crisp and dry. Complex flinty taste is complimented by a delicate floral aroma. Includes premium oak.
Pinot Grigio * - A refreshing, light-bodied white wine with flavours of citrus, green apple and honeydew melon. Enjoy as a sipping wine or serve with lighter meals including open-faced sandwiches, filet of sole, or cheeses such as Brie and Camembert, with water crackers.
Riesling * - Smooth, full bodied table wine with a soothing citrus bouquet. Snappy acid compliments many spicy foods.
Sauvignon Blanc * - A dry, medium bodied delicate wine which is growing in popularity. Smooth and full flavoured with subtle grassy, herbal aromas. Includes toasted oak. .
White Bordailles * - Smooth and delicate flavours are reinforced by a fruity bouquet. Featuring Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon varietals.
White Bourgeron * - Medium bodied with a crisp, clean finish and delicate bouquet. Feature grape variety is Pinot Chardonnay.
RED WINES
Barolo * - A rich, full-bodied wine with velvety tannins. Flavours of ripe black fruits and spice fill the mouth. A fabulous companion for hearty beef and vegetarian stews, braised meats and Portobello mushrooms.
Bergamais * - A refreshing, lighter red wine with full fruit flavours of cherries and berries found in Gamay - the featured grape. Consume young and slightly chilled.
Cabernet Sauvignon * - Deep ruby colour with a black currant and cedar nose. A full bodied wine having a tannic character when young. Capable of long ageing. Includes premium oak.
California Red * - A special red blend developed by our Winemaster to meet most of your entertaining needs. A light bodied dry wine for easy drinking.
Chianti * - A wine meant for drinking young as well as aged. A lively fresh and fruity wine that is produced from classic red grape varieties.
Merlot * - The popular Merlot grape produces an exceptional soft, low tannin wine. A smooth wine, rich in flavours of blackberry and black currant. Includes premium oak.
Pinot Noir * - Rich in complexity with a velvety finish full of spices and fruit. Hints of blackberry and strawberry.
Red Bordailles * - A blend featuring the Cabernet Sauvignon grape which produces a rich, smooth and soft wine with a subtle fruit flavour.
Red Bourgeron * - A popular blend featuring Pinot Noir. A delightful, full flavoured dry red wine showing a subtle black cherry aroma.
Shiraz * - A rich, dark red wine that has a strawberry bouquet. Flavours of plum and blackberry with firm tannins.
Valpolicella * - Full, rich fruit flavours are driven from this ruby red Italian styled wine. Dry, light to medium bodied.
Vieux Chateau du Roi * - A robust, yet smooth wine with a bouquet of ripe berries and flavours of plum. This wine will age well.
Zinfandel * - A very popular wine in California, it is full bodied with flavours of blackberry with a peppery finish. A wine to age.
BLUSH WINES
White Zinfandel * - An extremely popular fruity flavoured, very light rosé wine. Feature grape is the California Zinfandel. Serve well chilled.
Zinfandel Blush * - Flavourful, medium-bodied rosé with an attractive fruity bouquet. Refreshing when served chilled.
